Happy Riding New Year!

9 hours into the new year and I was already on the saddle! Despite a late night new year eve party, I couldn't resist and I had to have my first ride of the year... straight to my motoclub, where a couple of dozen of other riders showed up, thanks to good weather and a winter that's being pretty warm, so far. It was great meeting up with mates, having a light first breakfast of the year... and few good laughs. When I left, more riders were arriving... and that waving each other down the road had a different, better and more intense taste today!

A 9 ore dall'inizio del nuovo anno ero già in sella! Nonostante una festa di capodanno che è andata avanti fino a tardi, non ho potuto resistere e mi sono concesso il primo giro in moto dell'anno... dritto al motoclub, dove un paio di dozzine di altri motociclisti si sono fatti vivi, anche grazie al tempo stabile e un inverno che si sta rivelando tiepido. È stato bello vedere le solite facce, fare la prima leggerissima colazione dell'anno... lasciandosi andare a qualche risata. Quando me ne sono andato altri motociclisti erano in arrivo... e quelle due dita fuori per strada avevano opggi un sapore diverso, migliore e più intenso!
