one more day / un'altro giorno

Checking some weather forecast sources, we decided to postpone the trip to
THURSDAY 16th
GIOVEDI' 16

+2, 30, -1

Well well well. My mate (who doesn't really live in the next town) arrived yesterday, after a 600 km ride on the corners.
He did some east side exploring and he notice we have 2 more passes (updated table below).
+2
so they are
30!
And then, well, weather permitting, the blast shall be TOMORROW.
We plan to leave by 04:00am.
-1
During the trip I'll try to post few entries.
But I won't have much time.
Must syncronize fueling, with pissing, with drinking, with blogging. Ain't that easy.

70 years later / 70 anni dopo

I don't really wanna get into weather paranoia. Don't want to think about the weather forecast for next week. Really not.
I prefer remebering that the days we set (15th / 16th) represent the 70th of this:
Proprio no.

Strike, so what? / Sciopero cosa? che? chi?

It's sunny.
And warm. I am sure it rained somewhere, so better we didn't do this loop today.
Then there's that strike, isn't it? We have not much more than 200km before needing a refill. Say, 1/6 of the loop.

Yes, that strike.
People complained to me for what I've written on my strike post .
Let's put it clear.
Nothing against the right to strike.
I couldn't have friends like the Preacher if I had something against.
What drives me crazy is HOW. It's the WAY.
All I do is all about the WAY I DO IT.
That's the key in a process. The way you do it.

Now let's do this test:
Q: how many km can a modern car do with a full tank?
A: not less than 600. Mine? 900.

Q: how many km do we daily do for normal driving to work, shopping and maybe even coupla pints at pub ?
A: 100? 200? 300? Hardly over those 600 btw.

Q: Once filled up, when do you need a gas station stop next?
A: not before 2-3 days

Q: Is previous A for everybody?
A: no. Maybe few trucks, those that are driving to vacation after a year of hard & underpaid work, motorcycle riders w/o such a capable tank as average modern cars.

Q: How long does this strike last?
A: 48hs (see Q&A before previous one)

Q: Who do you really hit with this strike?
A: few poor bastards (like me)

Q: Don't you hit any petrol company?
A: nope, you just filled one or two days before you needed and won't use your car less in those 48hs

so, dear gas station dudes: if you really fucking want to hit the petrol companies, those you are, as you state, striking against, you better do something serius, and find my support.
what should you do?

Try strike 15 days in a row.

Got the balls to do it?
C'è il sole.
Fa caldo.
Poi c'e' sto cazzo di sciopero, no?

Ho amici sindacalisti.

R: pochi poveri stronzi, come me.
